Mr. B. Nagabhushan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from NITIE. He has more than 30 years of rich and diversified experience in Procurement and Contracting, Project Management, Maintenance and HR in the Oil industry.
Major experience is in the Contracting and Procurement functions having worked with Oil majors Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) India, Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation Ltd (KNPC) and Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Kuwait.
He is experienced in contract strategy, bidding and procurement management and handled many EPC contracts. As a Project Manager, he lead the project activities for a Diesel Hydro-desulphurisation Project in HPCL refinery.
He is experienced in maintenance activities and handled the responsibilities of a Refinery Maintenance Manager
He is also experienced in the Organisation design, restructuring and Job Evaluation studies. He was actively involved as a HSSE Coordinator for the concerned Groups.
